MAYTRONICS IS GROWING ALONGSIDE YOU
Our New HQ Helps Us Serve You Even Better
By Christine G. Adamo
Your success in the pool industry matters at Maytronics. As it turns out, so does your loyalty.
“The loyalty and support shown to us by Maytronics dealers, distributors and pool supply store owners across the U.S. and Canada—who expertly represent our full range of residential and commercial robotic pool cleaner lines—has helped us expand our business alongside their own,” says Steve Skura.
“As they’ve grown, we’ve grown,” he adds.
Skura, Manager of Marketing & Communication, reminds us that top-tier products and Dolphin dealer service are still priority No. 1: “We’re a well-established market leader in pool cleaning robots, products and supplies. This new facility helps us serve each of our customers better and gives us all more room to grow.”
A commitment to building strong, long-term relationships keeps the Dolphin manufacturer in sync with its B2B customer base. Several agents have sold its user-friendly robotic vacuums for decades. Maytronics returns the favor by expanding its dealer training, support, WorkStride rewards and other programs.
That commitment to mutual success is what prompted the company’s move.
Maytronics’ New HQ & You
2221 Northmont Parkway | Suite 400 | Duluth, GA 30096
Mapping out a path to a new HQ was inevitable for Maytronics U.S. The original location opened in 2007, steadily expanding its production and nationwide (not the mention global) reach thanks to support and feedback from pool cleaner industry partners like you. Eventually, that growth tested its distribution and dealer support capabilities.
“We’ve been looking to relocate to a new headquarters for roughly a year,” explains Skura. “We searched for the perfect facility and finally found it. Our new location is based in Duluth, Georgia. It’s roughly 2 miles from where our Norcross, Georgia, facility was. Staying geographically close eased the transition for everyone.”
Shipments and drop-offs of everything from automatic pool cleaners to sustainability-enhancing pool maintenance supplies (i.e., Dryden Activate glass filter media) have been handled through Duluth since Jan. 28, 2018. Rallying around a common cause, Team Maytronics made the switch with no major hiccups.
Mapping Out Your Next Move
What’s your next move? If you have a question, call. Or book a flight to Georgia.
“Our phone number is the same,” says Skura. “It’s still 1-888-DOLPHIN. That’s 1-888-365-7446. Anyone who has questions is invited to call us. In fact, we welcome all inquiries. If you’d like to arrange a visit—to meet with our staff or to take a guided tour of our new facility—we’re happy to help. Just let us know!”
Now that’s Southern hospitality. The list below represents a sampling of what’s available in hotel options in and around Atlanta’s Northeast Metro area. For more on Duluth or to view calendars of upcoming local events, visit DuluthGA.net or ExploreGeorgia.org/.
